Butterflies Chp 1. SasuNaru

This is my first NaruSasu FF. its probally bad, but that's okay. Its only my first.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were walking through the forest talking.
"Hey guys , do you want to go eat after this?" Naruto asked holding his growling stomach.
Sakura looked at Naruto "You idiot, cant you ever think about anything other than food i swear-"
Sasuke, ignoring the argument, thought to himself Naruto-chan , I wish I could tell u how I feel. Baka Sakura, she doesnt understand anything. But I dont want to destroy our relatisonship as friends. God , I wish I could tell u.

The whole time sasuke thought this he stared at the young, blonde ninja.
"Oi sasuke, Sasuke, OI!!" Naruto kept yelling, his hand flailing maddly in front of his face till finally he got annoyied and slaped Sasuke aside the head, knocking Sasuke clean out of his trance and pissing Sakura off.
"NARUTO DONT HIT SASUKE-KUN!!" Sakura yelled, slamming him down in the ground.
She was about to kick him when someone grabbed her foot. "Sakura , its fine. I should have been paying attention."
Naruto and Sakura stared at him bugged eyed.
"NANI????" Naruto yelled getting up. Sasuke rolled his eyes and walked on. Sakura and Naruto ran after him to catch up, wanting badly to ask questions, but knew better and fallowed in a simple slince. After a while they got into a grassy clearing and sat down to rest. Conversation began to flow, though it was slightly akward. As if they were all very bad actors rehaearsing a play with not plot.

All of a sudden , Naruto yelled "GET DOWN!" He tackled Sasuke and Sakura sheilding them with his body. 12 shuriken flew out of the tree, landing on Narutos back. Naruto screamed coughing up blood onto Sasuke and Sakura's chests. He got up off of them, "Sasuke, stay down. Keep Sakura safe."
Sasuke blinked helplessly, nodding, as Naruto yanked out 3 shuirken and chucked them deep into the forest. A few seconds later, 3 ninja's fell out of the tree. Dead. Sasuke started to get up when Naruto yelled "Theres still 3 more!!!"
He ran infront of Sasuke and Sakura, spreading his arms wide and asuming a protective stance with a determaned face. 9 shuirken landed themselfs all along the right side of Narutos upper body. He made a loud cry of pain and stumbled before he ripped 3 shuirken from himself and chucked into the trees, much like he before. A few moments later, 3 more ninjas fell out of the trees also dead. Naruto fell to his knees and dug his fists into the ground.
"Sasuke," Naruto's voice was somewhat cold, and distant, forcing Sasuke to listen against his wishes. "Iruka-Sensei is on his way with Kakashi-Sensei. You're safe, there are no more ninjas. But didn't you sence them?"
Sasuke shook his head slowly, painfully. Why didn't I sence them?! Naurto did!!

Kakashi and Iruka showed up and Naruto said faintly "You guys are safe, I'm gonna go ahead and passout now." With that, and a small grin, Naruto started to fall forward. Sasuke jumped up and caught him before he fell.
Kakashi went over to the dead ninja's, inspecting them throughly. "Elite. Sasuke did you sence these?"
Sasuke looked up and shook his head "....No... I...I didn't. Naruto did, he saved both of us.....and killed all 6 of them with one shuriken each."
Iruka, who was helping Sakura up, dropped her. "WHAT?!" He cried.
Sakura, with an angry face, got up and dusted herself off. "Yes, he did. I don't know how, but he did. He sheilded us. Twice!" She said, glaring at the now apologetic Iruka-Sensei.
Sasuke stared down at the shallow breathing fox. Unable to see his secret love in this condition, he looked at his teacher. "I'm taking him to the hospital, catch up with you later." Sasuke hopped up and ran to the hospital.

He ran fast, jumping across rooftops, nothing more then a black streak to the untrained eyes. After all too long, Sasuke reached the Hospital. Walking in, covered with Naruto's blood, people stared. The nurses took Naruto to a room and called Tsunade imeadtly. They took Sasuke to another room and cleaned him up as best they could. Once Sasuke was deamed presentible, he ran to Naruto's room. He burst open the door, his eyes landing upon the sleeping blonde, who was now breathing normaly. Sasuke colapsed in the chair by his bed, running a hand through his dark hair in a releived and frusterated manner. Sasuke looked at him with a small smile and whispered, "Naruto-chan, don't ever scare me like that. If you died before I told you I loved you...I don't know what I'd do."
A content feeling in the pit of his stomach, Sasuke drifted off to sleep. Little did he know, Naruto was awake the whole time Sasuke spoken. Climbing out of bed, Naruto took his cleaned and now bloodfree jacket and put it over Sasuke, kissing his forehead. " I love you to Sasuke-kun." Smiling, he hopped back onto his bed and fell into a deep sleep.

Early the next morning, Sakura came by to check on Naruto. When she opened the door, Sasuke awoke. She gave him a puzzled look, asking "Why is Naruto's favortie jacket on you?"
Sasuke relized what she was talkin about and felt his cheeks pinken ever so slightly, "I, don't, know?"
Sakura gave a weird look and put a flower by Naruto's bed. She looked at Sasuke and looked at him, a strange look alight her face, "Sasuke, why did Naruto save us. And why didnt you do anything?"
Sasuke , looking down, said with as little emotion as he could, "I don't know Sakura...and I didnt because I did not sence the ninjas. I don't know how Naruto did, they were elite ninjas. I don't know why they attacked us. I don't know Sakura. You should ask Kakashi-Sensei."
Sakura gave a somber nod and walked out of the room. Sasuke quitely began to fiddle with his hands, thinking.

Naruto had turned around the minute the door closed. He proped himself up on one elbow, grinning like the fox he was. "So, Sasuke-kun. You love me?"
Sasuke eyes went big, and he jumped, falling out of the chair.
Naruto burst out laughing, "Chill out, Teme! I was awake all that time! Not that anyone knew...."
Sasuke, sat up on the floor to face Naruto. He was beet red and totally freaked. "Y-you he-her-herad th-that..." He stuttered out.
Naurto laughed heartily and said "Yep, did you just studder?"
Sasuke sat up, puting slightly, " No..."
Naruto noticed the pout change to a sad look on his face. He leaned closer down to Sasuke. "Sasuke , what is it?"
Sasuke muttered quietly to Naruto, "You probally weirded out by me now, huh?"
Naruto smiled to himself, walked up to Sasuke and kissed him on the lips. Sasuke, shocked, just sat there. Naruto whispered in his ear "Sasuke-kun, no I'm not. I...I like you too."
Sasuke pulled Naruto down and into his lap and just hugged him. Naruto smirked to himself, Finally gosh. He thought.
At that momenet, someone walked in the room.
